Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club is one of the oldest tennis clubs in the World founded in 1877 and is one of Ireland’s leading tennis clubs. The Men’s Irish Open is the second oldest Open in the world so this is your chance to watch men’s professional tennis in Ireland up close and personal The FBD Men’s Irish Open provides a wonderful atmosphere for tennis players and fans of all ages to watch professional tennis players. Not only will there be professional tennis players from all over the world but also many Irish players including James McGee, James Cluskey, Sam Barry, Colin O’Brien and Daniel Glancy. Come out and support all the Irish players in this home event. A young player will have a great experience watching the different matches and cheering for the Irish players. A family from your club could make this a weekend activity. We will be organising a kids day where your juniors will get a chance to hit some balls and take photos with top professional players. A day at this tournament would be a great way for a family, tennis team, or friend to spend the day. It should be a great day to enjoy top class men’s international tennis.
